Help! Chicks Aren't getting Feathers In

They are 9-10 weeks old and out of a flock of about 50, I have 5 like this. What can I do to stop it or great it?

Try giving them more protien. Also if their is a rooster he might be the problem.

I've selected the Roo that seemed to be the root of the problem. I've also separated the poor guys being picked and everyone seems much more settled

I think it was one of the Roos picking on them. I'm so mortified that I let it go on so long
