HELP, Contagious Diseases that look like Mareks?

What are some other contagious diseases that might present like Marakes?
Or cause sudden extreme feather loss and balance issues?

Before Christmas I lost a hen that ended up with her being unable to see, balance issues, wasting away and some other symptoms. We ended up putting her down at our vet after supportive care to try and save her. However, she was always at the bottom of the flock and struggled with feather loss for months, a bit of a "failure to thrive" hen. Now my strongest, pack leader hen has been effected with something in just a matter of days. Extreme feather loss, balance issues (swaying etc)
I am regretting not sending my last hen to Necropsy. This hen has a vet appt tomorrow and is isolated. What else might be contagious that is working it's way through my flock? I am panicking.

I don't have experience with any diseases. I'm wondering if tapeworms or other worms could cause something like this.

I believe you are right. The only thing is that the vet checked the last hen (that just died) for any parasites/worms/etc and was unable to find any. And now this one is exhibiting the same symptoms. I will definitely have the vet check tomorrow though, I'm extremely worried for my flock. Three of the 7 I have had for over 6 years. They are like family. Thank you for the comment.
