My daughter wanted to candle one of our geese eggs, and as walking inside she tripped and it went a'rollin.
It is within 1-2 days of hatching, but the crack is NOT on the air sack end. The chick is still moving, but I don't hear chirping. I put it in the incubator...
anything else I can do??

If it didn't hurt the chick and it didn't rupture the membrane this close to hatching you are probably ok. You need to wrap the part of the membrane in a warm damp papertowel and keep it damp. Don't use water that is too hot or cold.

I ended up putting some damp tissue paper on the cracked end.
This morning we hear peeping and it's made a small hole in the opposite end.

Daughter is relieved and so am I!
Will it require help getting out since the one end (opposite from air sac) is essentially "blown out"?
