HELP DAY 21 AND NO HATCHING!

Ahh, ok. Make sense now. Should I candle them today then and see or wait a bit longer?

If you don't see any pips, I would definitely candle them. And smell them. It is still very possible for them to hatch, but if you already had one, and these aren't progressing, its time to investigate why.

The conclusion that I have drawn through my experience and listening to others is usually anything that is going to hatch does so within 48 hours of the first hatcher. While it's totally possible for a later hatcher, I find it rare. I've started candling 24 hours after the last hatch to see if there's any internal pips, (or signs of life, but usually the pips). Chances are no internal pips, no more hatchers. But as a newbie I would still give 48 hours after first hatch regardless.

If one hatched Saturday night, its pushing 48 hours... I was assuming like maybe 40ish in my head, so that's why I said I'd investigate.

Ok, I will candle tonight. I thought I saw movement from one, however that may be wishful think or I may have lightly bumped the incubator.
When I candle tonight I take them out one at a time right and try to do it as quickly as possible.
I am hopeful one will hatch today, that's why I am holding out till tonight. I hate for the one chick to be alone, it's kind of sad.

On the off chance this matters, the last 3 are 2 silkies and one cuckoo maran. Don't know if either are notorious for bad hatches or positioning wrong. I am grasping at straws here!

Patience, Patience and more Patience is all the advice I can give you. My littles did not hatch on day 21 or day 22 but waited until the early morning of day 23 to hatch. They pipped last night (day 22) but made their grand appearance on day 23. I'm still waiting for my 3rd egg to hatch, so I am going to give it a few more days as I have read on a lot of threads that some can take up to 25 days.
Good luck and keep us posted!
