You don't have to worry that. When you go into the air cell you going into the "empty" cavity of egg. The membrane you would worry about (the inner membrane) will be lower surrounding the chick.
The first hatch I had silkies in (2 of them) I had absolutely no problem whatsoever. Of course I didn't know what I had either...lol I had a barnyard mix of eggs from my sisters. This hatch I bought eggs from a local gal and wanted as many silkie eggs as I could get out of her silkie pen (because she has a show girl roo and I really want show girls). She was only able to get three in a week as we were still suffering from winter weather and they didn't want to lay. I had one hatch out only 4-5 hours after pipping which was way too early as it had not finished absorbing the yolk sac (and it ruptured either before or during hatch) and the veining was still prominent and he was attatched to very bloody membrane/cord. Needless to say, he didn't make it. The other two were my eggs that didn't hatch. Between day 18 and 20 the already good sized air cells had doubled and they were badly shrink wrapped. They were the only chicks I had problem with. I chalked it up to the quality of the layers seeing as how they weren't laying well and it was still cold. Since then, I've seen more than one person having problems with silkies and I myself am beginning to wonder what's going on.
As long as they are pipped above the level of egg that touches the floor they should be alright because they can get air. However if it makes you feel better to be able to see the pip and your humidity is up in a safe zone (at least above 65%) then by all means flip them back over quickly. Have a wet sponge or paper towel handy just incase you need to slip it in there to restore the humidity lost.
