Help! Day 21 of quail eggs. Still nothing

So far two have piped but I am currently at work. It was pretty tired from all the work it did so I'm letting it progress on its own. We are thinking since we had some temperature problems early on that it may have pushed the hatching day by a day or two

So the second one pipped but still hasn't started working at it yet. Since the first one hatched just fine should I wait on the second one or help

Well the one we do have is doing well, walking, eating a little, drinking and pooping. Because it was the only one we named him/her nemo
