Hi guys, I’m new here. We just got 5 chickens, and they’re old enough that they’re starting to really grow.
Blue Laced Wyandotte
Barred Plymouth Rock
Buff Orp
Brahma
Black austrolorp

we got all sex’d, can’t have roosters. I don’t know how to tell if they’re roosters or not, but I’m specifically wondering about the blue laced wyandotte. I’ve attached photos of that one And the others, if any of you can weigh in on their sex. Thank you!

All girls.
Minus the BLRW.

Is BLRW the blue laced? What does the R stand for? Do you both think for certain? Or is there still a chance it’s a female? It’s our favorite one so I’m going to be very bummed if it’s male :(
Blue Laced Red Wyandotte. It is male, I can see confirming male saddles coming in.

Oh man, this sucks. Thanks so much for all your input.

They’re about 10 weeks old!

Wondering if we should go try one more time and get another two chicks so that they’re not alone...and it’s warm enough outside I’m thinking we could integrate them to the flock fairly soon?
What do you guys think?

Well, you still have four. That’s a flock.
