help diagnosing disease

have large coop with chickens,2 hens are listless,not eating well. main symptoms are noticeably sagging bums,the feathers not being fluffy as all the other hens. have treated with general water soluble bacterial treatment. could it possibly be worms? am at complete loss.

First thing I would do is treat for coccidiosis. Then I would worm them after that.
