Help diagnosing..possibly mycotoxins?

I agree that without a necropsy, it can be hard to know what is causing the severe illness. Here is a link where to contact your state vet or poultry lab:

The body must be refrigerated, not frozen, and delivered on ice packs. Place it inside two garbage bags. Most labs are open M-F so overnight shipping or hand delivering is the only way to go.

Mycotoxins produce severe immunosuppresion. Aspergillosis might be the cause and can cause death. I recommend that you go ahead and get a necropsy performed on your sick hen. I suspect there might be multiple issues going on.
It might be too late for a flush, but here's a link; scroll down to LAXATIVE SOLUTIONS:

I'm thinking I might have to. I found another sick chicken today. One of the blacks. It must be something I did because they were healthy before they came to me. Now both flocks are sick. Hopefully I find something out by necropsy.

I just hate to put one down just to find out what's going on. I only have 6 reds left and 7 black. I'm also afraid the testing might not be as thorough as it should and they miss something crucial when doing the necropsy

Yes not refridgerating soon enough is what prevented me from doing the necropsy after the first one passed. I guess we will see how it goes...
