Help! Diamond dove beak issue

I have a pair of diamond dove. Recently I have noticed that the female one's beak is constantly open. She can't pick up seeds for this. Even she can't drink water. Now my mom is feeding her using droppers. Is this can be cured at home? please suggest what to do.

Her condition is worsening she is not swallowing liquid food. She has become very weak. Now just giving her saline mixed water. Should she be kept separated from her partner? They don't wanna get separated. They always love to stick together
