HELP! Diarrhea, threw up liquid, squishy chest, lethargic

To start, I think she may have gotten into some bad water.
Today she was just standing there by her water (not the source of the bad water) and I saw her butt was goopy (yellow/white). When I picked her up to wash her off and put a small amount of pressure on her chest to hold her water was expelled from her mouth (throwing up or excess water in her crop?). I washed her off, put her in a separate pen away from the other chickens with vitamin water (poultry vitamin powder), food and shade. She is standing but not eating or drinking. I am really worried. What else can I do for her? (She is 20 weeks old)

It sounds like sour crop, does her crop feel full and squishy now? if it is sour crop there is a kind of yeast stuff that will get rid of it, not sure exactly what it is called.

yes, her crop feels full and squishy. She just ate some yogurt and she is drinking her vitamin water (I added some apple cider vinegar too)
