I ordered 3 Lavender Orpingtons - 2 hens and later added a Lavender Rooster. I "think" I might have 2 roosters. Opie was marked as a rooster from the start with a blue marker on his belly that was easy to see...then his comb and waddles came so that was easy to see. But about the same time the comb and waddles came in on Ace (yellow band). At 9 weeks I contacted the hatchery since they have a 90% sexing rate and asked what they thought. They told me to wait until they turned 12 weeks "at least" - they are 12 weeks today. I am posting some pictures of them I got a couple nights ago...please let me know your thoughts.
By the way - Maj is no question a hen as her comb is still very small and pail and no waddles thus far. So I have no question about her...but these two look too much alike.
