I’m pretty sure it is a pullet. Here a picture of my friend’s Millie Fluer D’uccle cockerel at 6 weeks old. I’m 99% sure you have a cute little girl!

It looks like a pullet right now. Wyandottes were hard for me to sex last year, the pullets had development in their combs way before they started to lay. I do not see any development in this one's comb yet.
