Help! Do I have a Rooster!?

Looks a bit like a cockerel to me but it is very hard to tell until he/she gets a little bit older, is the comb bigger than the other hens? sometimes that can help you tell but not always, depending on breed.

I found that looking at the feet can be helpful as all of my Roo's developed bigger feet and thicker legs than the other early on.

Rooster. My leghorn started crowing at about 8 weeks. I was holding out hope that the second possible rooster wasn't a rooster but he started crowing today--he is about 10 weeks. No more rooster denial for me, it now a fact.
