Help! Do I have a Rooster!?

It looks to me like you have two cockerels. As others have said, collect eggs daily and don't let your hens set on them, it will be fine. With two cockerels and only four pullets, though, you may want to consider getting rid of one or both of them. Once hormones hit, they are likely to run those pullets ragged trying to breed them. Cockerels usually mature earlier than pullets, too, so the girls won't be interested or compliant.
