HELP, do my ducklings have angel wing?

Hello, this is my first time owning ducks. My two wonderful ducklings Dynasty and Delta I hatched in a home made incubator after finding their eggs abandon at my neighborhood lake. They are both four weeks old now and I suspect Delta has angel wing, because he has a few feathers sticking up slightly from his wing tips. I feed them both "All flock crumble" 16% protein made by manna pro. So can anyone please look at these pictures and tell me if he has angel wing or just weird feathers, and should I treat it now?

Sorry, from looking at these pictures I can not tell which wing feathers are involved with your ducks. Angel wing is when the flight feathers grow out at weird angles to the body. Caused by too much protein in the diet. The first picture does not look like flight feathers that are sticking up.

Alright thanks it takes a lot of stress off my mind to know I will not have to tape my ducklings wing.
