Help! Does anyone recognize this chicken breed!?

Not always.

Wrong.
  1. Olive Eggers are a type of Easter egger
  2. Easter Eggers are mutts. They are not a breed. There is no standard.
They usually have at least a little fluff or slight feathers that stand out a bit.
Yes, that are a type of Easter Egger, but they are crossed with a dark brown egg layer and a blue egg layer, the dark brown layer ones would cause some to have no fluff??
I didn't know they were a mutt breed, but I have also read they are a standard breed in the past

I think what you're thinking of are the typical South American breed-based Easter Eggers. Those often have the muffs/beard and usually have pea combs. Now there has been an influx of Cream Legbar based Easter Eggers. These eggers do not have muffs/beards. These new mixes just make it a bit more complicated :)

yeah, that could be it

They are bred to have that, if they don't it's not an Easter Egger. Your not thinking of olive egger??
This is not true. Easter eggers aren't a breed, they're basically any mix that contains Ameraucana. So, since they are mixed breeds, they can lay brown eggs, not have beard/muffs, sing comb, any color of legs, and other variations and still be an EE.

I think you read Amaraucana as a standard breed. That would make more sneak. EE's don't have to have any fluff at all. They have no requirements and are just mixes.
