Help! Dog Mauled Chicken! Badly Wounded

I'd start with giving her coconut oil twice day and give the crop a massage. She if that gets it moving.
Here's the method(s) I use when addressing crop symptoms.

So I read most of the article posted. It’s definitely not impacted, so maybe sour?

How much coconut oil should I give her? I thankful have virgin unrefined coconut oil i give the dog.

Also, I did switch her to amoxicillin today, which she weighs just a little over 4.5lbs (4lbs 13oz).

She is standing up everytime I come to check her now, and seems to want to walk, but struggling with injury to leg muscles. I might try putting her in the chicken tractor tomorrow so if she wants to stretch her legs, she can. Maybe let the other hens say hi from safe distance.

1 teaspoon coconut oil twice day. I put it in the fridge to harden it up a bit, then break it into chunks. My hens love coconut oil, so they will just eat it up that way.

Could be getting sour or slow. Since you are giving antibiotics, you'll want to provide her with probiotics since the antibiotic can make sour crop worse. Think yeast infection. Buttermilk is a good probiotic that can be mixed with a little of her feed. You can also use purchased probiotics like Probios that can go in the water.

When they are not very mobile, the crop and digestive system can slow for sure, so putting her in the tractor to get some fresh air, sunlight and a change may be very helpful and encourage her to stretch about it a bit.

So today, that little bulge i previously mentioned, is now a huge bulge…. Should I be concerned? Or is this just part of the healing process, especially with the damage done to the muscle…

Ps. Gave her some coconut oil tonight. I put a few dried mealworms on it to introduce it to her and she loved it. She ate the whole spoon!

It may be an accumulation of fluid and may begin to drain on its own.
You could try needle or pin prick and see if anything comes out.
Ok. That makes sense to me. I’ll keep an eye on it. Hopefully I don’t have to drain it, because I’d hate to hurt her more.

We did let her out supervised yesterday with her flock, which seemed to make her happy. She hobbled to see her friends and our oldest (retired alpha) walked her slowly back to the flock. The new alpha hen closely inspected her wound, and made me nervous she was going to peck it, so I had to shoo her away. But she seemed like a normal hen again. I just hope she didn’t over exert herself with all the walking and hobbling.

That looks like it's just some tissue dying off on the flap. I wouldn't worry too much unless the entire turns green.
Yes, the one flap on right side is shrinking in size. It was much larger. The large slice on bottom that’s about 1/2” deep still hasn’t healed much and does like to accumulate the fluids from meds and wounds weeps, but I keep spraying it and trying to wipe it with neosporin. The top part looks gross, but it looks like it’s healing. It’s mostly crusted over, which kinda makes it harder to keep clean, especially feathers and other crap that want to stick to it.
