help i don't know what happened to my roo i notcied that he looked odd here are some pics

this is a blue orp our black orp has some of this but not much can you tell me what is going on

New feather growth. Perfectly normal.

Looks like he is growing in some new neck feathers.

He is in a molt and growing new feathers.

It is called molt... he is getting the new feathers.
