Help! Duck bleeding from wing

Help. I went to the barn today and June Bug, one of my teenage Pekin ducks, was covered w blood. Initially I thought predator, but after examining ... I think she’s preening herself to death! She just starting to get blood feathers and it looks like she’s either removed them, broken them, or torn the skin up surrounding it. I understand one feather, but I can’t tell what’s what since she’s still a wee one. I know they can bleed out if left untreated. I’ve read to remove the remaining quill. She appears to have clotted w out application of Kwik stop, or flour(?). Yet, the wee chics have it set to clean her as well! I can’t separate her because I have the OGs (hens) who have free barn range, the new flock who are 1.5 mo old (chics) and my 2 Pekin ducks, 1 Rauen protected in 1/4 the barn... Then Lil blind Bitty who is now my new house pet and was to be the Rauen ducks gf. Bitty demand most my time and is having her eye removed in May. Of course I have room and can always omit sleep and bathing from my life if necessary. And God knows I will, but if there’s some way I can help out June Bug, w out bringing her in... I’d be grateful. I’ve had ducks before... shoot one even went broody one year and I let her hoard (what I thought was a few eggs). I went out one morning and despite all I’ve studied- ducks don’t read the same books. My flock went from 2 to 18... yes EIGHTEEN overnight! All healthy happy perfect! It’s just been one thing after another this spring. Never have I EVER had so many sick, lame... possibly neurotic ducks! Idk what to do? Do I still let her swim? I heard that causes her to bleed more. It looks like it’s stopped, but I honestly can’t tell. She’s happy, hungry, eating, playing, she’s just a mess. Do I need to give her antibiotic cream? Should I leave the quills be if they have stopped bleeding? Please believe I’m not incompetent. I’m a medic & zoologist and wildlife rehabber. My ducks are really challenging me. What am I doing wrong? Sorry so long. I’ve no one to talk to about this. I’m tired of everyone saying make soup out of them. My boyfriend/ roomie says Im making a big deal out of nothing...just let it fix itself. Soo, whoever reads this is getting the brunt of my frustration. 😂 ok. Thank you for reading this to the end and for any advice!

If you have her in with chickens you best remove her. Chickens are drawn to blood an will eat her. I’m not kidding. As long as the bleeding has stopped she’ll be okay with the blood feather.

Thank you! She was in w baby chics. Yes, even they tried to eat her. I got her out. Cleaned her up. She’s happy healthy and no more blood. Homeostasis has been reestablished! 😉

I cleaned the blood off of her, but I’m not sure if I can pull that feather out or not.
