HELP! Duck has an enlarged crop!

I woke up this morning to my female mallard having a hard time balancing and her crop in the right side is very inlarged. She is eating and drinking but keeps laying down and having a hard time walking. I’ve messaged her and thinking maybe it was an impact but she’s still acting the same. I will gladly take any advice!
