Help! Duck making weird noises

Can someone tell me what my duck is doing in the attached video? It also appears that he’s sneezing/coughing but didn’t catch that on video. Also, you can hear them breathing. Is that normal? The duck has never done this before but I’ve been able to hear them breathe for a while now.

Have you also posted on the duck forum (click on forums and scroll down?) I know little about ducks, but do your ducks have clean water to duck their bills during the day? Hopefully others will chime in.
