Help! Duck with an outside Phallus!

We are putting antiseptic liquid on it and we are bathing him in Epsom salt water for about 15 minutes we are hoping it either retracts naturally or dries up and sloughs or we cut the affected bit off. Is this good? He is also sleeping in a different place but is outside with the hens for most of the day. Should I be worried?

I haven't had this problem so the only advice I can give you is what I would do.
I would keep his phallus moist by keeping some kind of lubricant on it, in hopes that it would go back in.
I wouldn't let him around any other ducks, because they may bite at it.
The baths will hopefully helps him

Try making it soupy with some warm water he may eat it that way

Does he seem to be in pain is that why he might not be eating? is he by himself? any way you can give him his own space inside the pen with the others so he can still see everyone but they can try and bite at his manhood.? Maybe is he can see everyone he'll eat.

He might be in pain as his manliness is quite red but it is not bleeding and one of the female ducks bite at it. Right now he is sleeping in his own box because there isn’t much space in the pen as it’s relatively small. He is alone right now. He only drinks water.

Well keep him away from those girls. Hopefully he'll begin to feel better in a day or two. But he needs to eat soon they can go down hill pretty quick. If you have poultry vitamins you can put them into his drinking water. Poultry Nutri Drench is a good one. Can he still see the females? being able to see them even if he can't be with him may help him.
