Help! Duck with Bumblefoot

I have a Pekin who has bumblefoot. I have been soaking in Epsom salt, spraying with Vetericyn, applying Green Goo and wrapping for two weeks. It didn't go away so two days ago we did the surgery ourselves removing the gunk. We cleaned with Betadine and have been soaking and doing the same vetericyn and green goo plus wrapping. It is bubbled more plus now she is limping and won't put pressure on it. Not sure what to do...any suggestions? Please help

I'm not a chicken or duck pro, but I am a nurse. It looks like it's still infected, didn't get all the infection out. Id re-open the wound or lancet it and try to squeeze/ drain out the remaining infection. Clean the wound well, treat, and cover again.
