Hello, my duck who is one month old has been not able to move his neck or legs or anything for the past week. we took him to the vet on the 18th and all they said was a fever of 109.4 and gave us antibiotics. We have seen no improvement in him we still have to force him to eat and drink were giving him critical care food mixed with water and he is also drinking some electrolytes.he has a sibling who is perfectly fine and they have the same living habits. Did you take him to an avian vet? Did you call the vet back with an update? Maybe they can do some tests. It could be some sort of internal injury. But if he has a fever that usually means his body is fighting something. Maybe an infection or toxin.

I would call the vet back and say it's not responding to the antibiotic and get them to change the prescription. I would also let him swim in tepid (80F) bathwater. Don't leave him - as his mobility is poor, but see if he takes to the water - it could bring the fever down.
