HELP DUCKEGG pipping at wrong end?

Congratulations! Please do post a picture, I think sometimes they look worse than they are. You will likely find the straighten out after a couple of days. Are you aware of the niacin needed for ducklings? That will help greatly

My little girl that did pip and hatch the wrong end had a foot that looked similar, maybe a little better and was a bit splay-legged. After a couple of days her legs came together and her foot uncrumpled. I added brewers yeast as I don't have duck starter and I would say if it is an option for you to add something for a bit of a niacin boost then do, as it may be a little low to be solved by feed alone. If you can't add anything extra it should still be okay I think, it may take a little longer though.
