Hens go broody when you don’t want them to… and won’t go broody when you do. Help Ducking loosing feathers

They get patchy when the down is being replaced with feathers....That's normal.....
Do you have other ducklings that could be pulling the fuzz?
Yeah, that doesnt look quite normal to me......
