Help! Duckling bleeding!

I don't see how she can keep this moist seems putting anything on that risks adding bacteria. That's why @WVduckchick said not to use a wet paper towel. Plus causing chilling, I'd def pout her in a deeper bowl so she doesn't get out and possibly rupture the sac.
I put her in a small glass and back in the incubator. I feel so bad. I want her to live, but I feel like she’s suffering :’(

I'm so sorry. That looks pretty bad, honestly. As @casportpony said, it wasn't your fault, nor the fault of assisting. I think the malposition caused her to break the shell too soon. And maybe the zipping action was her actually trying to get into proper position, and more of an accidental pip/zip.

But there is still a chance of survival! So don't give up yet.

I don't think I would try putting anything on the sac. The inside of the sac is liquid, so it can still absorb quite a lot of it. As it gets smaller, think like a balloon deflating slowly..... the outer casing may be hard, but it will also shrink.. If enough gets absorbed for survival, you will eventually be able to remove the part that gets hard. It will kinda end up like a scab. But I'd rather it be a little hard, than too soft. Less risky of rupturing, in my opinion.

I’m just going to leave her alone for now and hope for the best. Even if she passes, at least she won’t be suffering. Thank you :(

Ok now you need to hurry this might help. ok now get a bowl and fill it with warm water and add 1 to 2 drops of hydrogen peroxide mix it in and dip a paper towel in it to where it is damp and use a wooden dowel and carefuly break the shell and avoid the yolk that is still there don't break all of it and place it on the towel... and HURRY!!!
