@Opal8 if you decide to follow your vets advise and that is most defiently up to you I’d try a tiny bit of sugar water just along her bill and she if she responds. Not sure she will eat.

Yes pedialyte if you have it.I was going to suggest starting with some drops of Pedialyte since in the one picture it looks like it is getting dehydrated. Once hydrated, then give some food. Please confirm with your vet.
Or Gatorade. I have saved many freshly hatched ducklings with Gatorade, and contrary to popular belief, ducklings and chicks this age can become dehydrated.Yes pedialyte if you have it.
