Help Duckling is eating pine shavings????????

I just switched out my 3 month old ducks bedding to pine shavings. She is eating/swallowing them. Should I be concerned? tips?

So she is actually eating and swallowing them? I have had ducklings nibble on them.

yes shes drank water, she seems fine

Is she still eating them? Or was it only once?

Oh no!

I knew they pecked at it but I saw it actually go in his mouth. He has full access to all the feed. The only thing that's 'changed' is cooler weather means fewer bugs.

I think she's eaten like maybe 10 from what i'm seen then I stopped her. Not sure if she has been eating them though .
