He looks really wet in your pics. It's been 2days since he got wet. He is very dry and under a heat lamp. Still can't stand and seems to be struggling.

His wing got a little damp from my hands when I tried to give him water but hes fluffy everywhere else and has since dried off the area I dampened on accident. It's almost like hes twisting his neck back.Yeah, he does
Until a diagnosis is made the most you can do is offer supportive care. I would set the duckling in an incubator or under a heat lamp, once he is warm you can try offering some electrolytes/vitamins, and some finely mashed scrambled eggs. The duckling looks wet, is it possible the duckling got stuck in their bathing water?
Is there a way to force feed it? It wont even open its beak for water. I thought at first that maybe it got dried food holding it closed but I wiped its mouth area with a damp tissue and its cleaned off but still wont open up.
Maybe sort of similar? It looks like it's in pain or cant control it.
Yes, but don't try to forcefully give him anything right now. He's not going to starve. Is there a way to force feed it? It wont even open its beak for water.
