Do you have an incubator? He needs to get warmed up before you do anything. once warmed up you can try to give drops of Gatorade or Pedialyte. DO NOT FORCE FEED HIM!

Hes in a box with a heat lamp. I have an incubator but it's a large one and will take a bit to warm it up. I'll go plug it in.

I think you can send it to your state university. They should be able to do it there, or know someone who can. It costs money, but not very much, and its really worth it. Put his body in the refrigerator, not the freezer until you locate somewhere. It would be extremely helpful fot others.
