Help! Duckling on antibiotics but panting still

Hi! So I have 3 pekin ducklings that are 5 weeks old. Two weeks ago, I took them to the vet for a respiratory infection, and they were put on TMS antibiotic orally 2x a day. Today is supposed to be their last day of antibiotic.

they all were doing much better, until 3 days ago I noticed one was making a wheezing sound occasionally, and started panting. He’s panting more frequently now and seems tired more often. What should I do? How could this be, if they are on antibiotic?

How old are they?
What is the temp of the brooder, do you have any pictures of it? Pictures of the brooder would be helpful.
Do they have a waterer deep enough to dunk their heads in?
