Help! Duckling with scratch & eye infection

I have a week and a half old black east indie that somehow got a scratch on her eye the other day and it appears to have caused and infection. Is there anything I should put on it to treat it? it seems like the infection is getting worse with more pus like discharge on it.

You can get some Terramycin ointment and try that out. Gently rinse her eye out with a saline solution and then apply the ointment, and repeat that every day. Hopefully you'll see some improvement in a couple days.
