Id guess he'll be out very soon, within the next hours. Looks like he'll be able to get himself out when ready, so coat the membrane around him with a little vaseline and leave him be for now.I don't see any yawning or chewing, I don't see the yolk any more but still a few veins.
The membrane was stuck to his but the veins were dried and absorbed so I was able to cut it since I couldn't get to his head, I'm going to see if he can get himself out first.
There are a few veins left that are on the membrane that is attached to the egg but they aren't very big or plump, but I don't see any yawning or chewing no more.
Here is a picture, like I said, I accidentally made the whole too big and I'm quite upset about it but hes been fine nonetheless.

He just opened his eyes!! Hes currently resting and I can see him chewing every now and then. Hes not trying to get out, just keeping himself close to the egg and I'm assuming to finish absorbing. He got his head out!
I still see some yolk though.. hes currently resting and not opening his eyes, he slightly opened on but I think hes just resting. Hes still half way in the egg, he doesn't seem to be trying to get out, just wants his head out.
Will he be okay? Will he finish absorbing?

The bleeding stopped, I think he was bleeding because he was pulling on the umbilical cord and that's his belly, not yolk! I panicked lol.View attachment 3258584

I don't think he can open one of his feeties either.
Leave him, put him in a little cup lined with paper towels, and leave in the incubator. He needs a few more hours to absorb and close up his tummy.View attachment 3258584

leave his feet for now, he will not be ready to walk or uncurl just yet. Needs just a little more time for his tummy to close up.Yeah he won't open one of his feeties, I'll gently pull his foot/leg out and he'll move it back but he wont open the foot at all.
In this situation, you need to keep him in the egg before he came out, so this would mean propping the egg up, inside of a cup, so that he cant get out.He just opened his eyes!! Should he be done in another hour or so? I forget how long the absorbing process takes.
