HELP! ducklings beak behind yolk sac??

The bleeding stopped, I think he was bleeding because he was pulling on the umbilical cord and that's his belly, not yolk! I panicked lol.
Just for future, I do believe I sent you this article before, but make sure you read it thoroughly- in the case of a slightly, or extremely, premature hatch- this will help. Assisted hatching article

leave his feet for now, he will not be ready to walk or uncurl just yet. Needs just a little more time for his tummy to close up.

In this situation, you need to keep him in the egg before he came out, so this would mean propping the egg up, inside of a cup, so that he cant get out.
But this baby isnt very premature. Only by a matter of hours.
Now that he's out, you can just toss the egg shell and put him straight in a cup lined with paper towels, in the incubator. Check on him frequently, wont be long before he's ready to come out, just as soon as his tummy is fully closed up.
The incubator isn't big enough to fit a cup, would it be okay to just keep him under the heat plate in the cup?
I didn't expect him to get out so early, I went to go check on him and he was just laying next to the egg, it really shocked me.

Make him a little cup from a toilet paper roll or a bit of aluminum foil lined with paper towel or kleenex.

Took a quick picture of his belly for I put him back:

you wont be able to see the naval like that anymore, right now there's a little hole in his tummy, that'll heal over and he should wake up and be more alert soon.
He's ever so sleepy. Is he peeping? Opening his eyes at all?
Yup hes peeping! Hes opened his eyes a few times but hes still very sleepy.
His belly looks the same though.

His left foot I think it is, it's opening and closing like normal but his right foot is staying curled.

Hes way more active now, his belly looks the same besides his fluff starting to cover it.
Is his fluff supposed to cover it all the way and he'll be fine or is the dark spot on his belly supposed to be completely gone?
Also will he get an infection? We don't have many supplies to help him if he does and we have no bird vets around.

Its unlikely to get infected, as long as his makeshift cup is kept clean. It should close up pretty fast.
The fluff will gradually cover the naval area, you'll need to very gently part the down to check on the area, avoid touching the open area though, because infection is still a possibility.

I'll be going to sleep soon, not sure your timezone, but hopefully there will be good news in the morning.

I'm going to @ a couple of people who might be around to help incase there is any change or any other concerns.

The naval area hasn't bled anymore and it's dark and hard like in the pictures.
How much longer do you think he should stay in the cup?
I plan on wrapping cardboard on his foot that won't un-curl like described in this article: http://farmingfriends.com/2010/03/curled-toes-on-newly-hatched-ducklings/
Would it be best to do so once hes out of the cup or wait another day? His other foot is fine.
