Please help.
In short broody chicken hatched 3 Indian runner eggs. First one hatched day 33 two more on day 34. I candled the other 3 eggs and looked like one died but hope for the other 2. Day 36 moving and sound with 1 egg. Day 38 everyone telling me to help and that I should of done earlier. Haven’t slept much in 2 days watching and worrying what to do. So helped duckling out as it had made a little hole with not much progress and hen wasn’t sitting much because she is getting up with her other 3 ducklings. I left the end part of the egg still attached as a lot of vids said to do that and she was still attached to the umbilical cord if that’s what it’s called for ducks. Now I have wrapped her in a little paper towel and cut a little snap lock bag in half. She goes under a little bit of light from my brooder or in my hands near my chest. It’s been 3hrs and she is still happy as far as I can tell. Anything else I can do as I don’t have a brooder.

I think you can sit her under a regular incandescent light bulb as the bulbs give off some heat, but not the energy saving bulbs. But I am a little confused, you said "she goes under a little bit of light" of a brooder, but then you said you don't have a brooder?
Other than that if a chicken hatched these eggs, sit her under the broody tonight when they are all in the nest.
That is a long time for a duckling to hatch though. Mallard based ducks usually take 28 days. Muscovy take around 35 days. Are you sure you counted the days correctly? Or maybe your broody wasn't fully sitting on these eggs when you first started counting?

Hopefully by now you have found away to keep the duckling warm. After dark tomorrow when it is strong enough to keep up you could try to put it under the mother that hatched it. Letting it get a bit cool before trying can help, because it will look for a warm place such as under the hen.

Did you start your day count when you put the eggs under your hen? Was she able to cover them all completely? Just wondering about the extra days and staggered hatch.

I counted right put it in the calendar the day I put under broody hen. The only thing I could think of is 6 large duck eggs under a bantam chook maybe? But every time I checked her she had them all covered. She was very patient and hardly got off to eat snd drink.
