is it normal my ducklings make a weird noise while eating? Like they’re blowing air through their nose while eating help?.

They’re done eating now but they just do it mostly when they eat. Make weird sounds

I’ve tried to leave them feed and water 24/7 But they just splash water everywhere so I take it out and feed them once in a while

No spill really water containers and I put in a corner of the Brooder...

Ducklings need food and water 24/7 till at least 5 weeks old that’s when they are growing their fastest. Do you take water away too?

^ anything like this? If yes, that’s normal. Make sure to provide constant access to both feed and water for your ducklings, and the waterers like @chickens really showed you, those are life savers.
