Ok I will try to make this long story as short as I can. I bought some Rouen ducks as ducklings and they all died but one for some reason. The survivors name is Bo. The local co op called me because somebody dropped off a pair of young adult ducks because they got big and didn't want them anymore and the co ops owners knew I was looking for ducks around the same age as my Bo. I named them Bonnie and Clyde. So now I have 3 ducks. 1 male 2 females. They got along fine for a few months and about a month ago I noticed Bo was hiding a lot and I thought she was laying. But when I tried to get her out so she could swim Bonnie and Clyde came running after her! Clyde kept holding her down like he was trying to mate with her and when he would walk off Bonnie would come and chase her down and peck her and attack her just to attack her. Please somebody help me and tell me whats going on. Do I need to add more ducks to my flock or what do I need to do?

You better keep them separated. It sounds like the two new ducks are a team and are not open to any other ducks joining them. You could add more ducks. You'll have to watch and be sure nobody is being picked on.

This happened to my calls but only i got a pair then got another female and introduce them they got on really well for a few month then recently the other female started to attack the other female biting, chasing her and trying to drown her so had to separate her from the others ended up having to get another drake for the bullied girl cause she was lonely.

I would separarate the hen, but make it so they could see each other. Thats what many people do to introduce ducklings, and may work for your hen. Good luck:fl
