Maybe his face turning white is from age.
These are photos from the last few months. The white us present, just not as bad

I know a chicken owner whose hen's faces started turning white, just like your roosters. It turned out to be sour crop. I don't know if this will help or not...
There was a hen with some hard to explain facial lesions that this thread reminded me of. Jonalisa, the OP, sent pictures to a lot of vets to see if they had any suggestions of what it might be. As far as I know, Jezebel is still alive and they never got a diagnosis. Here is the thread with pictures:

If he is a Minorica, then I believe the white is just the way he is supposed to be.I believe he is a Minorca, or when he was well, the spawn of Satan himself
The last 2 days, he has felt more like himself. He seems a little more spry.
He isn’t better, by any means, but he has perked up a bit.
He did eat a boiled egg yesterday, and today.
I have tons of before photos of him!
Let me dig them up!
As far as my neighbors chickens, they all just started falling over dead. They showed symptoms around 4 hours before death
Can you take some stool samples for testing?Satan is still down.
He is better than he was, but still not up to par.
He’s still not eating very much. Drinking some.
I have some powdered antibiotics, I might try a round of those
OP mentioned breed is Minorca face will be white to varying degree depending on age, line etc. I lean toward the white being just the way he's supposed to be. Favus is powdery looking and in the OP's photo it looks the white is his skin. https://www.feathersite.com/Poultry/CGK/Minorc/BRKMinorca.htmlI am wondering if he has favus (fungal infection) on his face. Anyone else? I believe favor can be treated with antifungal cream, if that’s what it is.
