It sounds like severe vent pecking and that can be fatal. Just preparing you for the worst in case you must cull for the animals benefit. Hope it is otherwise.

Can you get her into a soak?
If it’s actively bleeding she could have a broken egg inside.

I agree giving her a soak is probably the best you can do until we can see the problem.
