So I have 5 19 week old hens and one hen laid her first egg on Wednesday and another one this morning, but all day today my RIR/ NH has been in the nesting Boxes, she is eating and drinking but I am worried! It’s like she is trying to lay put can’t, she is walking normally and flying normally up to the bars so should I be worried and what do I do?

A chicken that is egg bound acts sick. They are droopy, don't move around much, and they stop being vocal. Often there is a watery discharge from the vent. The hen may remain in the nest for hours without producing anything, even overnight.

A hen just coming into lay will be very restless and often very vocal. The first egg can be slow in coming out, but the hen won't act sick or uncomfortable. She will usually act loud and impatient. This is normal. She isn't egg bound.
