Help egg hatching question

THanks. That was the info I was looking for. I knew I would have to get several dozen and need more than 2 broody hens. I figured we would butcher any extra roosters that resulted. But I wasn't sure if the fertilized eggs would keep. Thanks for the hatchery info can you post a link? Thanks again!
