HELP! Egg hatching with blood

So right now i heard a chicken from an egg, put no pip hole has been done. So I candle the egg and it looked like it was blood inside the air pocket! And I don't know what's wrong or what I could do because it's still alive but sounds weird. Like it gets water in its lungs or something and it doesn't pip, only scratching and doing that sound

It is also blood weasels in the air pocket and it seems like they have broken inside the egg, will the chicken still survive
