The lady I bought the eggs from has agreed to refund my money. She was very nice about it. Now to see if the money comes back.

PollyC there is a BYC member, ChickenLady who is a breeder of exhibition Buckeyes in WA. I don't know if she ships eggs but it's worth asking. PM her or here is her email address, [email protected].

Glad to hear the seller is refunding your money. She might also make the effort to learn how to pack eggs properly. So sad to lose those eggs for nothing and cause both parties this stress.

Just for future reference, if she had refused to refund you, PayPal lets you file a dispute within 45 days of payment, and they will take the money out of the acct and refund you if you can prove the other party is at fault.

i am happy you got your money back but if you are like me,its not the money.i see those as potential little babies.
since you got them from a BYC member,you should leave feedback.

Ebay will help you if thats where you bought them you can even attach your photos so they can see what you received

I am very satisfied the outcome. She was horrified that the eggs arrived like that. I checked the remarks left by other customers and all were positive. I think this was only second time using the containors. Being the person I am I asked if she would like to try again, she is collecting eggs for me now, I told her to ship what she had by wed. that way it is suppose to be here on Sat. I was very upset but she was verry nice about it, so I will give her another chance
