You can use Corid for coccidiosis. For E. coli and other gram-negative bacteria. I use Baytril (enrofloxacin), but that's banned for use in poultry and you would have to order it.

You could try injectable oxytetracycline if Tractor Supply has it, but I'm not sure how effective that it. @speckledhen mentioned injectable penicillin and that might be worth trying too, though it doesn't treat E.coli.

May I suggest that you contact this veterinarian and see if they can see your hen or refer you to someone that can?

What a day! Thanks to everyone for all the advice! I ran to TSC to get probiotics and the traveling vet there recommended I treat with Corid, which I thought was interesting considering I haven’t seen any blood in their stools. But it worth a try. I’m gonna order some antibiotics for e. Coli just in case. I gave the lethargic chicken some water/corid solution via syringe before bed to kickstart the healing process, hopefully. I will keep posting as to her progress. She doesn’t have a distended belly, her body feels normal, so I’m praying a it’s not EYP.

This morning she came out of the coop on her own and drank a ton of water (with corid). She’s still puffed up and walking slowly. She’s not interested in eating anything. I checked her crop and didn’t feel anything that would indicate impacted or sour crop. Her poop was still watery and yellow overnight.

Did her crop empty overnight?

I have to agree, she may have a reproductive disorder. It could be complicated with E. Coli infection or even cancer, it would be hard to know unless you have testing done or unfortunately, if you lose her, further investigation through necropsy at your state lab or by doing an informal one at home. http://csu-cvmbs.colostate.edu/vdl/Pages/default.aspx

What antibiotic did you order? At this point it won't hurt to treat her for infection, it may help give her some relief and get her back on her feet for a while.

Drinking a LOT of water, I would still be checking the crop every morning to make sure it has emptied completely. I've found if I have one drinking a lot, there is usually an issue with the crop, but each time this was a symptom of an underlying condition. In my case(s), reproductive problems. Swelling/bloat and/or inflammation from fluid or masses in the abdomen was slowing the digestive process, this in turn inhibits the crop from emptying properly.

You are doing what you can for her. The Corid won't hurt, but I would try to encourage her to eat a little something - easier said than done sometimes. A little scrambled/hard boiled egg is usually a favorite of mine. Tuna or even cooked chicken may be something she would like.

I'm very sorry about your hen I think most of us have been where you are and it's very frustrating and heartbreaking. Sometimes even when we do everything we know to do, we still can't make it better.

That's still the same if she's Mine I'll search or talk ppl who experience with EYP and successfully recover
And give med for her EYP infection
Maybe she recover as everyone says that maybe it's not EYP at this young age I'll definitely treat her for ecoli that's the cause of EYP soon ..
Let her eat if she don't eat she'll weak and can't fight keep the faith my prayers with ur hen

It's good that the crop is emptying.

Baytril would be your best bet. I hope you can get it quickly.

I was able to get her to eat some kale, they go crazy for kale. Is there anything I can feed her through a syringe to keep her strength up?

Mine love Kale too. Will she eat on her own? If you have it, I would offer Chick Starter, you can mix it with water to make it into a mash, mine like it fairly "firm" like cookie dough, but your girl might like it soupier like oatmeal, you have to play with the consistency to see what they prefer.
