I can't tell from the picture that anything is wrong.

The navel looks like it closed up well.

Are the chicks healthy and active?

What is the chick doing? They are weak and wobble around when they first hatch. Are they dying?

No, that's what new borns do. Give it time. Keep them in the bator until your hatch is complete. Then, put them straight into a brooder with the temp around 95* under the light.

The chicks look fine to me. Usually, chicks don't look so great just after they hatch.

The chica are doing great, just got a little worried because I never had that happen before in all of the many of chicks I hatched!
