Hi, i had 7 Australorp and one unknown breed hens... They are all adult but not laying (may be bacause of molting).
Their overall health seems ok to me. They are eating and drinking normal..
But some girls have watery poops and some had other strange poops... These dropings don't look normal to me.... Kindly help me.

Did you feed them anything out of their diet lately? Did you see them drinking extra water, or eating any foods based on the color or their feces? If you wait a few days or a week, there may actually be a problem. If it goes back to normal, just be on the lookout for abnormal feces again. If you are really anxious, you could go get them checked or talk to an expert.

Ok. I don't know where you live and I don't want to get into your personal information, but if it is hot where you live, they will drink a ton of water and may cause watery stools. For the first few photos the poop shape seemed fine to me, but if you are worrying about the color, if they are free ranging and eat green garden treats, that may cause some green feces.

I am from Pakistan. Its 17 °C here. Their poops looks much better this morning then yesterday...

I had a problem like this one day too. I think they had just eaten more plants than normal or something, cause it went away pretty much the next day. Also, if you didn't already know, scratch should only be fed as a treat every once in a while, and they should be eating mostly layer feed. Hope your girls stay healthy :)
