HELP! Extreme eye Infection? Chorzya? Cholera? Injury!

IDK Kathy, I am very discouraged today. She seems stressed now , not eating or drinking. so she not gets meds in water. I tried to get more out this morning, but its pulling on the inside tissue causing tiny red "sores" that want to bleed. its like this stuff is glued down now. So the first pic below is after first attempt.

BELOW IS AFTER SECOND ATTEMPT, SEEING IT IN THE MORNING AFTER.
YOU CAN SEE SHE IS ABLE TO CLOSE HER EYES,
BUT IT IS OOZING WATERY FLUID TINGED WITH BLOOD.

WHEN I PULL BACK THIS IS WHAT IS LEFT.. I DIDNT GET MUCH OUT TIS MORNING
AND LIKE IT SAID, IT SEEMS TO CAUSE MORE DAMAGE TO THE TISSUE..

AND DID YOU NOTICE THE LITTLE WHITE FLECK IN HER NOSTRIL. I PULLED ON THAT SHE SQUEALED, DID NOT GET IT OUT. DOESNT LOOK LIKE THAT ON OTHER SIDE. INSIDE MOUTH AND THROAT CLEAR AS CAN BE. OBVIOUSLY WHEN I AM TRYING TO HOLD HER HEAR I CAN HEAR HER TRYING TO BREATHE. I GIVE HER BREAKS AND SHE PANTS. WHEN I PUT HER BACK IN THE CAGE SHE SEEMS TO BREATH NORMAL.... WHAT TO DO?!

I have a vet coming today for all my other animals shots, but she doesn't know much about chickens :(
My husband would just as soon put her in a pot as pay a vet bill. :((

thanks for the visual! chances are I've only hit the tip of the iceburg! She is eating this afternoon. now the other eye is "foaming". Is the sulfa drug enough if she barely drinks?

If she were mine I'd start her on Baytril. It is banned for use in poultry, but is used in cattle, so given the proper withdrawal you're probably okay. I'd also start weighing her daily and then I'd tube feed if she started losing weight. Tube feeding is much easier than it sounds and I'd be more than happy to teach you.

thank you! Since she is starting to eat, I will give her a couple says rest with the sulfa. I found a conversion on this site stating 1 tps per gallon as recommend by a Durvet rep. So I am comfortable with that for now. Last the I saw the foaming has stopped so maybe the sulfa is kicking in. What concerns me is how "stuck" to inner tissue this stuff is. It is like glued. and it makes it bleed is I pulled it off, not to mention her protests. I am hoping is she starts healing and the terramycin will "unglue" it. I see how involved in her sinuses it can be, but you would think once I got ahold of it, it would pull out. I am going to give her some oatmeal with goats milk and raisin right now. :)

OMG okay

has this happened to one of your chickens before? what is causing it? with Baytril, would we be able to eat her eggs,? altho she is not laying right now.

UPDATE:

SUCCESS! Today I decided to work on 'pushing' the glob out like someone suggested on other thread.
First I wiped the new foam away.

Just thought of it like popping a boiled egg out of a zit so to speak. Starting low on her sinus and .. up and out!

YAY! it was the sized of a Pistachio! Huge considering I had already dug half out. (can confirm it DOES smell BAD)
My camera Malfunctioned so I didn't get an after picture, BUT I did snap her eating right after I put her back in her cage.

HAPPY HEN!
