A raccoon (I’m guessing) has killed most of my chickens! One of my favorite chickens survived but is in CRITICAL condition. Her beak is entirely ripped off both top and bottom and splintered all the way back. I’m not sure if she still has her eyes or she’s just closing them because it looks like her eyes are scratched off/area is completely bald. Oh my god what should I do? I rinsed off her head with my antibacterial liquid (no pain killer kind) but no way I’m going in there with some neosporin it’s awful. I set up a dog crate with hay (all I had) and gave her sugar water, scrambled eggs and mixed her regular feed with water so it’s oatmealy. Should I keep trying or kill her? It’s awful, she’s heavily breathing and laying down. If I try and help her do I dip her beak in the food?? Idk what todo!! The pictures of her beak look better than how it looks in real life

Tough bird. I've had some birds recover from similar damage but they still had beaks. If the beak is truly ripped off. Put her down. If the beak isn't bad and she can eat. It may be worth a try.
Flush wounds with saline and then betadine.
Is she actually eating?
I wouldn't worry about feeding her today. Just put her in a dark place and let her rest.
If she survives the attack she will require a lot of your time helping her to get enough to eat and drink, and cleaning her eyes and wounds. If you can’t do that, the best thing to do is to put her down. It can take days for the eye swelling to go down enough to know if her eyes are still intact. She may require tube feeding until she learns how to eat again, and that could be more difficult without sight. Sorry about your hen. There was a recent thread about a chicken who lost it’s beak, and here is a successful thread about a hen’s recovery from a similar injury: https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/plese-help-chickens-beak-got-bit-off.848424/
I would clean the eyes with saline eye wash which you can get at Walmart in the eye drops or contacts depeartment. Apply some antibiotic ointment (Terramycin from feed stores) to the eyes twice a day. Any other wounds can be washed with betadine and water, or you may spray with Vetericyn wound spray from feed stores.
